Principal has 6 years experience in pipeline equipment and over 25 years in equipment for refineries, specifically control valves, orifice chambers and catalyst withdrawal systems, the Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Units.
Pipeline equipment includes design and construction of flow measurement facilities for gas and liquid pipelines. Expertise is in the piping, instrumentation and structural design.
Equipment for the FCC units includes design and manufacture of the main process control valves, such as slide valves, diverter valves and plug valves, orifice chambers, main control valves for the Power Recovery Train, catalyst withdrawal valves, along with vessels and piping.
Principal has extensive experience with many high temperature material problems to include corrosion, fatique and creep, along with erosion problems. Knowledgeable on exotic materials for high temperature service, along with refractory and ceramic materials.
